Elyse (she/her) is a Soulful Business Coach and Community Builder who provides grounded, practical teachings to help creative entrepreneurs and community leaders embrace bold leadership without burning out.
She empowers ambitious, heart-centered leaders to own their power, honor their soul’s calling, and thrive in community. Instead of prescribing solutions, she creates an environment where clients feel inspired, nourished, and deeply connected—enabling them to maintain the consistent, devotional energy required to build a thriving business that feeds their soul and serves the world.

meet meg
With Yoga Brain, Meg (she/her) merges right and left-brain thinking, combining extensive expertise in business and communications with over 18 years of practice on a yoga mat. She applies these skills with a mindful marketing approach so that wellness leaders can focus on essential, fulfilling work.
When collaborating with clients, she incorporates elements of astrology, numerology, and the moon cycles to align every project with the forces of the universe.
She trained with Faith Hunter in 2013 and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. She believes the best way to connect with the present moment is through practice and strives to incorporate a mindful and positive attitude in all aspects of life.
She is grateful to live and work in the ancestral homelands of the Nacotchtank (or Anacostans), and neighbors the ancestral lands of the Piscataway and Pamunkey peoples.

LOCATION
Programming is held at Gold Finch Farm, Meg’s family property. Guests will stay within walking distance of the property, surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains, with plenty of access to nature.
