meet meg
Meg was introduced to yoga in her teens and has been exploring various yoga styles and teachers worldwide ever since. Her all-level yoga classes include calm instrumental music, dim lighting, and ample time to connect with your body. She incorporates elements of astrology, numerology, and the moon cycles to align every class with the forces of the universe.
She trained with Faith Hunter in 2013 and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. She believes the best way to connect with the present moment is through practice and strives to incorporate a mindful and positive attitude in all aspects of life.
meet LEORA
After an early life dedicated to competitive gymnastics and pole vaulting, Leora started practicing yoga to stay healthy and strong in a gentler way. Since then, she has practiced yoga to stay grounded while working in the social justice, women's empowerment, and humanitarian fields. As a result, Leora has a unique understanding of those working in the humanitarian or social service world.
Her coaching aims to support women struggling with self-love and life balance through a blend of yoga, trauma training, non-violent communication, and neuroscience. Leora emphasizes integrating mind, body, and spirit to help individuals find clarity during difficult times.
Continuing to learn self-care, Leora believes that being kind to ourselves makes us better caretakers and activists. Her retreats focus on self-care, fostering a community of women dedicated to making a positive difference while prioritizing their well-being.

“I had the pleasure of attending Leora’s retreat twice. Leora creates a space that is safe, empowering, and sacred. Each time allowed me to hit pause and enter a different physical, mental, and emotional dimension where I could restore the vision of who I want to be. I left feeling more connected to myself and to a wonderful community of women who also took the journey with me.”
