meet eLYSE

Woman with curly hair wearing a brown top and polka dot skirt kneeling on carpeted floor, smiling at camera, with tarot cards and books around her in a cozy room with bookshelves, window, and framed pictures.

Elyse (she/her) is a Soulful Business Coach and Community Builder who provides grounded, practical teachings to help creative entrepreneurs and community leaders embrace bold leadership without burning out.

She empowers ambitious, heart-centered leaders to own their power, honor their soul’s calling, and thrive in community. Instead of prescribing solutions, she creates an environment where clients feel inspired, nourished, and deeply connected—enabling them to maintain the consistent, devotional energy required to build a thriving business that feeds their soul and serves the world.

“Working with Elyse challenged me in all the ways I’ve needed to be. The tight-knit community of all women provided a safe space for me to share my ideas and have them affirmed. The space also importantly allowed me to be held accountable by other passionate women who were all in varying stages of their soulful journeys. If you have been trying to make more sense out of your deepest desires and looking for a container in which to plant and nurture them, then this is for you.”

meet meg

Meg Brackett she/her with dark brown hair, glasses, and a white shirt sitting cross-legged on a pink sofa, smiling in a brightly lit, modern indoor space.

With Yoga Brain, Meg (she/her) merges right and left-brain thinking, combining extensive expertise in business and communications with over 18 years of practice on a yoga mat. She applies these skills with a mindful marketing approach so that wellness leaders can focus on essential, fulfilling work.

When collaborating with clients, she incorporates elements of astrology, numerology, and the moon cycles to align every project with the forces of the universe.

She trained with Faith Hunter in 2013 and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. She believes the best way to connect with the present moment is through practice and strives to incorporate a mindful and positive attitude in all aspects of life.

She is grateful to live and work in the ancestral homelands of the Nacotchtank (or Anacostans), and neighbors the ancestral lands of the Piscataway and Pamunkey peoples.

“As an Indigenous healer and coach, I felt at ease with Meg in sharing this nuance and how I wanted to show up more authentically. I was seen, supported, and nourished by Meg in ways that are hard to describe, but they touch the soul.”

FRESH cuisine

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared with seasonal ingredients to nourish your mind, body, and soul.

Transformational Business Workshops

Grow your business with intention—guided by your unique gifts and rooted in practices that nourish, not deplete.

“Meg is without a doubt, the behind-the-scene brain for my business! Her insight on my approach and what makes my work stand out was affirming and helped me figure out strategies to connect with others that feel deeply rewarding vs. gimmicky. I value our conversations — she both meets me where I'm at and gently nudges me to try new things. She has "translated" work that other tech professionals do (but don't always know how to teach), which has been invaluable in overcoming logjams. Most of all, Meg meets her clients where they're at — as a lifelong learner herself, she has none of the formulaic mindsets I've encountered in the past and instead looks to see what we can both learn from the process of working together.”

— Yael

CUISINE

The cuisine is centered around local foods that can easily accommodate most diets. Every meal will focus on local seasonal fruits and vegetables.

This is an alcohol-free retreat.

A wooden bowl filled with oatmeal topped with fresh raspberries, slices of banana, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and almond butter

Breakfast

Three bowls of creamy pumpkin soup garnished with chopped green onions and black pepper, served with slices of whole wheat bread on a white surface.

Lunch

A colorful vegetable and grilled fish salad with slices of lemon, avocado, radish, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, shredded purple cabbage, and quinoa on a white plate, placed on a black textured surface with scattered peppercorns.

Dinner

"During our work together, Elyse affirmed me, my ideas, and my strengths, helped me organize and realize how aligned the ideas for my business were. I began to feel much more confident in my capabilities and in my business. She is an active listener and is very skilled in not only helping streamline business goals, but also seeing you realize them as well. She provided me with practical tools and techniques after each session that were designed to further develop my business. By the end of our mentorship, I had a solid business objective and a crystal clear plan for sharing it with the public. I truly felt Elyse's dedication to seeing me succeed. I learned so much from her and am forever grateful for having her as my mentor.”

“When I began working with Elyse, I already owned my private practice and was doing it full-time. It kept itself moving without minimal effort, and I knew I could offer more than just 1:1 sessions, but I didn't know how. Elyse gave me the tools, illuminated limiting beliefs that kept me from growth, and fueled my confidence to break out of the reliable mold in which I had become so comfortable. I strongly recommend Elyse to anyone looking for a business coach who can support you in both a logistical and soulful way.”
